Accessible & Transparent Fees

I offer counselling on a sliding scale to help make services accessible to people with different financial circumstances.

Please note - sessions take place by secure video, so you can join from wherever feels private and comfortable for you. I'm based in Ontario, Canada, and work with adults around the world.

Individual Counselling

50 minutes

$125 - $175

Couples Counselling

80 minutes

$160 - $210

Initial Consultation

15 minutes

Free

Note: Kink & Poly Counselling fees follow the individual rate for one person and the 80-minute rate for sessions with two or more people.

Sliding Scale

If we decide to work together after your initial consultation, you'll be invited to choose a fee within the available range that reflects your financial circumstances, based on a simple self-assessment. The goal is to make our work accessible while keeping the arrangement sustainable.

Payment & Insurance

Services are private pay and are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance plans. Payment information and policies will be provided before your first appointment.
