Personalized, evidence-based care for your intimacy and well-being.

Providing inclusive and compassionate counselling to cultivate sexual wellness, intimacy, and meaningful relationships.

My work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for the fullness of who you are. I honour each individual’s lived experience and identities through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based approach, because healing and pleasure both thrive in safety.

Meet Sheila

I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that sexual wellbeing is inseparable from who we are — body, mind, and spirit. Grounded in a biopsychosocial approach and evidence-based care, I support my clients in healing, rediscovering pleasure, and cultivating intimacy that feels authentic and empowered.

Whether you’re navigating sexual pain, desire differences, shame, sex after trauma, or simply seeking more ease and confidence, I offer counselling that’s collaborative, affirming, and grounded in research.

Lessons From My Work

Sexual wellness is a key part of your vitality.

Your sexual wellness can lower your stress, enhance your sense of creativity and play, and increase your overall enjoyment of life. Rather than being relegated as an after-thought, your sexual wellness should be integrated into your overall care.

Authentic expression of your sexuality is integral to your overall wellbeing.

Whether we are LGBTQA+, monogamous or polyamorous, or into kink and BDSM, when we feel safety and comfort in our own bodies, we are free to experience a rich and satisfying sex life.

Your pleasure is a gateway to your healing and to more satisfying relationships.

You deserve to feel empowered by your pleasure, and enjoyment in your sensuality.

Individual Counselling

You can change how you feel in your sexual and intimate life. Book a consultation today.

Contact

All counselling, individual, couples, and kink & poly, begins with an initial consultation. This gives us a chance to have a short conversation about what you're looking for and whether sex counselling may be appropriate for your needs. It also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable proceeding with an initial appointment.

During this free consultation, we'll briefly discuss what brings you to counselling, what you hope to get from the process, and answer any questions you may have.
